Over the past two years our courses have grown in popularity and have attracted increasing interest from a range of hotels and restaurants across West London. This has enabled us to develop a really great network of industry partners that adds value to the training we offer to people who are either employed or unemployed. Our most recent additions are the Premier Inn, the Hilton Hotel Group and the Cabbage Patch Pub in Twickenham, where we have had the opportunity to build great working relationships.
The Arch is great – for an industry with a reputation for a high turnover in staff, having The Arch help you with the training and development of young adults is a real winner. I was nervous signing up to the apprenticeship scheme
but it has been so easy to facilitate and The Arch staff are always on hand with advice.
Stuart Green, Managing Director – The Cabbage Patch
Professionalism, dedication and commitment – some of the words that describe the work done by this fine institution. They assist young adults and giving opportunities for those who are willing to succeed. It’s a pleasure to work closely with this organisation.
Paulo Cegala, Recruitment Officer – Hilton
Thanks to the Arch, we have gained some fantastic employees at the Premier Inn. Through the practical training they received there, they have come to us with great attitudes and a refreshing enthusiasm towards the hospitality industry. Several of the young people have already been promoted in the short time they have been with us and the support received from The Arch has been instrumental in their professional development.
Nicola Scotto, Food & Beverage Manager – Premier Inn, London Kew
We’ve been working with The Arch for over a year in the delivery of The Bees Cafe – I have to be 100% satisfied that Brentford FC are represented to a high standard. In all my dealings with The Arch, I’ve always found them to be highly professional and enthusiastic in everything they do. I know I can trust their staff and trainees to represent my organisation with nothing less than a first-class hospitality service.
Mark Devlin, Chief Executive – Brentford Football Club
